Return & Refund Policy
At Sweet As Co. we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on most full-priced, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food-related items that have been used, including baking tools and kits that have been opened.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at leesa@sweetas.co within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos.
