Product variants

Make someone feel special with their own number or letter cake!

2 layers of delicious almond cookie OR your choice of vanilla/chocolate cake piped with fresh mascarpone cream OR buttercream. Each letter approx 20 x 30 cm however they can be made any shape or size. Just ask!

Cookie can easily be made gluten free or grain free using almond or coconut flour.

1 letter or number cookie or cake (serves 10-20 ppl) $150

2 letters or numbers cookie or cake (serves 30-40ppl) $250

Fresh blooms is $25 extra.

If your cake needs to be left outside or the weather is quite hot - I would recommend using American buttercream, but if you can keep refrigerated, I would go with the mascarpone cream. The cream makes the cookie quite soft & cake-like, it takes like a shortbread dessert.

This latest 40th birthday cake we purchased is the 2nd time I’ve bought an important birthday cake through Leesa. She has a real skill and not only is the cake delicious- she customises it to exactly what you want. Highly recommend and will be back again for another one of her creations. Wow, cookie cake was a huge hit!

Wow. What a fabulous job Leesa did! The cake was gorgeous but tasted even better. Huge hit with party guests too. Easy to serve and every individual portion looked equally stunning on the plate. Not a single bit left on plates afterwards (and it was served after 5 courses). Thank you Leesa, you have certainly got yourself a return customer.
