Delicious Number/Letter Cake
Make someone feel special with their own number or letter cake!
2 layers of delicious almond cookie OR vanilla/chocolate cake piped with fresh mascarpone cream OR American buttercream.
Cookie can easily be made gluten free or grain free using almond or coconut flour.
1 letter or number cookie or cake (serves 10-20 ppl) $150
2 letters or numbers cookie or cake (serves 30-40ppl) $250
Fresh blooms is $25 extra.
If your cake needs to be left outside or the weather is quite hot - I would recommend using American buttercream, but if you can keep refrigerated, I would go with the mascarpone cream. The cream makes the cookie quite soft & cake-like, it takes like a shortbread dessert.
